It has been more than 20 years now that our church & organization existed. Starting from God Is Alive Marikina to God Is Alive Jaen, Nueva Ecija until it reached many other places and established other churches unto the point that God Is Alive Cabanatuan City was also established.Through the many years that passed, many wonderful things happened. There were good and sad memories but surely many are the joys that we had because the Lord has decided to bless us and He had been true to His promise that He’ll never leave us nor forsake us.
We were taught by the Lord to believe that whatever happens, “all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Jesus fully established our hearts to be strong and confident that all the things He begun doing in our lives, He will surely complete, until He comes (Phil.1:6). All doubts and fears banished when our Shepherd stated, “surely goodness & mercy & unfailing love shall follow us all the days of our lives, and we will dwell in the house of the Lord forever (Psalm 23:6).
With whatever joys & sadness; pain & success; loss & victory we had in the past or we will have in the future, all these are all for gain. From good experiences we gain good memories; from bad experiences we gain good lessons. This we now know, because the Lord holds everything in His hands. And so wherever you are now, whatever situation you may have, you must rise up & stand up for Jesus & remember the admonition from Hebrews 12:12-15 “therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed. Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord; looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up causes trouble, and by this many become defiled.”
In this present generation & technology we have, it will be wise for us to utilize all things possible in order to push through the main mission that God has bestowed to us. After all, “all things were created by Him, through Him & for Him. To whom be glory forever, Amen (Romans 11:36).
These are the mission we received from Him: To seek and to save the lost (Luke 19:10); to guide and convince all to repent and believe in Jesus’ Name and in believing they may have life in His Name (John 20:31); to go and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15); to go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them, teaching them to obey all…(Matthew 28:19-20); to present every man perfect in Christ (Colossians 1:28); to destroy the works of the enemy (1 John 3:8). We exist for this purpose. Real success is to accomplish the God-appointed purpose for our lives, no more, no less.
